A 50% Deposit (or one night, whichever is
greater) charged to your credit card at time of booking is required to
secure a reservation.

We operate our Bed and Breakfast on the
“first deposit received gets the reservation” basis.

Sorry, no pets. We have 2 Westies in
residence.

No smoking inside. Please leave your candles
at home. No cooking. Our kitchen is off limits. We regret that we are
not wheel-chair accessible.
- This is a "bed and breakfast," which means we
provide "breakfast" only. Light snacks (chips, pop, beer, liquor, etc.)
is okay. A refrigerator is provided in each suite for your snacks.
Lunch and supper are available at local restaurants that are only a few
minutes from Chalet In-The-Woods Bed & Breakfast.
- Candles are not allowed due to insurance
company regulations.
Cancellation Policy...

If we are able to rebook your cancellation,
you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are responsible for the
full amount. Consideration will not be given for late arrivals, early
departures or last minute cancellations without prior arrangements.

We strongly
suggest that you contact your travel agent or credit card company
regarding trip
cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your
plans.

Cancellations may be
subject to a $25.00 processing fee per room, depending upon
circumstances.

Cash, Interac, PayPal, personal cheques, all
major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and Travelers Cheques. We
regret that we are unable to accept payment by American Express.
- Rates and terms are subject to change without

Minimum Stay Requirements...

A minimum two ( 2 ) night stays on regular
2-day weekends during High Season.

A minimum of three ( 3 ) night stays on
holiday long weekends.

During the Low Season, single-night stays
will be considered.
- Single night stays are welcome Sunday to
Thursday, in any season, except long weekends.
The Seasons...
- Low Season is from October 27 to June 14.
- High Season is from June 15 to November 1.
